How do I store my body butter balm?

SHELF LIFE AND STORAGE: Because our butters, balms and salves contain no preservatives their shelf life is approximately one year; they are prepared within one week of purchase. Store butters, balms and salves containing shea butter in a cool dark place away from direct sun and heat.*

*Sometimes shea butter granulation occurs during transport when it is exposed to temperature changes. Crystallization is a natural process that occurs when the fatty acids in shea butter solidify and form small grains or flakes. Crystallization is simply a physical reaction and does not alter the beneficial properties of shea butter.

What is the shelf life of my essential oil Roll-On?

SHELF LIFE AND STORAGE: Store essential oil Roll-Ons in a cool, dry dark place away from direct sun and heat. Essential oil Roll-Ons' shelf life is approximately two years.

How do I determine whether or not I am allergic to your products?

Do a spot test on your skin. Apply a small amount of the butter balm, salve or essential oil to a dry area of your skin (i.e. forearm or inner elbow). Cover the area and avoid getting it wet. After 24 hours, check for any signs of a reaction, like discoloration or irritation.
